With a blend of Minerals, Vitamin C , and Magnesium this infusion assists to combat dehydration, reduce oxidative stress on the liver, and minimize fatigue and headaches REQUIRED: This service requires a Good Faith Exam which constitutes a completion of a health questionnaire and consent for service which is reviewed by our Nurse Practitioner You'll be asked simple questions to assess your suitability for the service. The cost for this quick medical consultation is $20 and is required every year. One exam covers all of our services. Not needed for each service. For the initial renewal, the fee is on us! Teens ages 16 to 17 medical consultation is also on us! (parent must be a client to receive the discount) *Exception Semaglutide and NAD are $20 every 6 months *
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours, and we strive to provide the best service possible. To maintain the efficiency of our schedule, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy. Notice Requirement: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Rescheduling Once: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments within the 24-hour notice period once without penalty. Deposit Policy: A deposit is required to secure your appointment slot, which will be applied toward the total cost of the service. After the first rescheduling within 24 hours, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. Rebooking: Clients who forfeit their deposit due to a late cancellation are welcome to rebook, but a new deposit will be required for the appointment.
